The role requires a friendly, professional phone manner, English fluency, and basic computer skills. You will work the 3rd shift (Thu-Sun 12:00 AM–10:30 AM EST) in a quiet, secure workspace, handling data entry and follow-up tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal skills.
• Basic computer and Windows skills.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls/alarms by identifying the help needed and triaging timely, appropriate assistance.
• Maintain professional, caring interactions to ensure high customer service.
• Update subscriber data accurately in the data system Mastermind.
• Perform off-phone tasks (call back queue) per protocols.
• Troubleshoot alarms and home communicator issues to keep service functional.
• Meet standards for after-call work, handle time, and case quality.
• Follow company policies and practices.
• Complete required training within expected timeframes.
• Contribute to a productive, supportive, and caring work environment.
