Job summary

Gore Medical is seeking a Peripheral Vascular Sales Training Program Manager to lead education initiatives across the US Peripheral Sales organization, focusing on imaging modalities and clinical knowledge.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, and continuously improve programs that strengthen product understanding, clinical confidence, and sales effectiveness, while coordinating multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical peripheral vascular experience.
• Advanced certification or demonstrated expertise in endovascular imaging (CT, IVUS, angiography).
• Effective presentation, facilitation, and communication for complex topics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate, and improve peripheral sales education programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into learning experiences.
• Lead planning, coordination, and management of education programs with timelines.
• Design and facilitate learning for imaging, procedures, disease states, products, and business acumen.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop curriculum and resources.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Support operations to ensure scalable, consistent learner experiences.
