The position requires strong program leadership, facilitation, and project management skills, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and clinical experience
• Advanced certification and/or demonstrated expertise in one or more imaging modalities (CT, IVUS, angiography)
• Experience leading sales education programs or clinical education
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, facilitate, and continuously improve sales education programs and imaging education for the US Aortic Sales organization
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategies into learning experiences
• Lead planning, coordination, and ongoing management of education programs
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences covering imaging, clinical procedures, disease states, products, and business acumen
• Serve as a development partner to Sales Associates, Field Trainers, Product Specialists, and stakeholders
• Collaborate to develop and maintain curriculum and learning resources
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
• Support operational execution and continuous improvement of education programs and resources
