Gore Medical in the United States is seeking an Aortic Sales Training Program Manager to lead and continuously improve sales education across the US Aortic Sales organization, with a focus on imaging education and clinical competence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into effective learning experiences, manage programs end-to-end, and measure impact to boost performance.

This remote role supports clinicians and aims to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Broad knowledge of aortic devices and imaging modalities (CT/IVUS/angiography).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical exposure to aortic cases.
• Advanced certification in imaging modalities (CT/IVUS/angiography).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed organization and travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and continuously improve sales education programs for US Aortic Sales.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategies into learning experiences.
• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of education programs.
• Design engaging learning experiences covering imaging, procedures, disease states, products, and business acumen.
• Serve as a trusted development partner to Sales Associates, Field Trainers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop curriculum and learning resources aligned to objectives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness with feedback, metrics, and performance data.
• Support operations to ensure scalable, efficient learner experiences.
