Job summary

Gore is seeking a Peripheral Vascular Sales Training Program Manager to develop and manage education programs for the US Peripheral Sales organization. This remote role focuses on imaging education, clinical knowledge, and sales effectiveness, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.

You will lead planning, design, and facilitation of programs covering imaging modalities, procedures, and disease states, while aligning with commercial and education

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of peripheral vascular devices, procedures, disease states, and imaging modalities across therapies (CT, IVUS, angiography).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical education experience is required.
• Advanced certification and/or demonstrated expertise in one or more endovascular imaging modalities (CT, IVUS, angiography).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills for training on complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve sales education programs across the US Peripheral Sales organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategies into impactful learning experiences.
• Lead planning, coordination, and management of education programs and initiatives.
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences covering imaging, clinical procedures, disease states, products, and business acumen.
• Identify learning needs and partner with SMEs to develop effective educational solutions.
• Maintain curriculum, resources, and content aligned with objectives and business needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance data and implement improvements.
• Support operational execution to ensure scalable, consistent learner experiences.
