Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op to advise hospital peri-operative teams and drive growth through strategic account management. This remote-ready role is grounded in infection control, clinical value, and data-driven planning, with travel up to 20% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities include building relationships with clinicians and economic stakeholders, guiding product adoption, and leading education and support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
• Using data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Identifying and solving customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Leverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
• Persuading key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
