Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op to serve as a trusted advisor to hospital peri-operative teams and clinical stakeholders. The role focuses on managing relationships, driving growth, and using data to inform planning, with opportunities to expand product adoption and contracts.

The position is remote in the United States, requires a vehicle for business use, and includes a compensation range of $126,400–$173,800 plus benefits. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Delivering sustainable growth based on sales targets via account/territory management.
• Using data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Identifying and solving customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.
• Leverage hospital network to identify expansion and conversion opportunities.
• Persuading stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions.
