Solventum is hiring an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, to drive growth across a defined territory while delivering exceptional customer support. You will manage accounts, leverage data to inform business decisions, and collaborate with clinicians and economic stakeholders to optimize product adoption.

The role requires OR/Peri-op sales experience, strong relationship-building, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree AND minimum 2 years in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and territory to deliver growth and meet quotas.
• Use data analytics to inform sales planning.
• Maintain Salesforce call data and complete planning requirements.
• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Develop relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Collaborate with channel partners to align on programs.
• Support education, in-service, and product troubleshooting.
