Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op to drive sales, growth, and customer relationships across a remote national footprint. You will manage accounts and territories, use data-driven planning, and leverage clinical value drivers to expand NPI utilization in perioperative settings.

The role requires a strong track record in selling, territory management, and building durable relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders; travel up to 50% is expected, with remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with required years.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Experience in OR/peri-op sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver growth.
• Use data to inform planning and business decisions.
• Maintain sales call data in Salesforce.
• Identify and solve customer priorities and constraints.
• Leverage hospital network to identify expansion opportunities.
• Persuade stakeholders for proposed solutions and products.
• Relationship management with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Collaborate with distribution partners on tactics.
• Provide in-service, education and technical support as needed.
• Drive contract compliance and standardization of products.
