Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op, for a remote US-based role with a Philadelphia, PA sales territory. You will manage accounts, grow the portfolio, and leverage data analytics to inform planning while building strong hospital relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years in private/public/government or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years in private/public/government or military environment.
• Current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable growth against targets.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints.
• Engage with hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities.
• Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
• Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums as needed.
