Huzzle is seeking an experienced Director of Growth – Performance Marketing to lead growth strategy, campaign performance, and client relationships across multiple US-based accounts. This fully remote role requires strong agency experience and hands-on mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will manage senior client stakeholders, drive experiments, collaborate with founders, and scale growth for SaaS and tech clients using AI-assisted workflows and data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Senior growth or performance marketing leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple US-based clients at a performance marketing or growth agency.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with optimization and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, CAC, ROAS, and lead generation.
• Experience auditing prospect accounts and building 90-day growth roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and communicate with founders/CMOs.
• Experience coordinating media buyers, designers, and marketing specialists.
• Proficient with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-assisted workflows for marketing operations.
• Excellent English communication skills; able to work with US-based stakeholders.
• Availability to work during the required US Eastern Time overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Develop growth strategy and oversee campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
