Job summary

Lago is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce) to lead paid media strategy, execution, and optimization for our DTC business. You will manage budgets, drive CAC/ROAS targets, and partner with creative, product, and analytics to turn insights into scalable growth.

You will work remotely with a global team, owning campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Paid Social, and you will shape testing, measurement, and optimization programs to maximize LTV and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution basics.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for analysis and modeling; BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy aligned to revenue goals.
• Forecasting, pacing, and optimizations to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
• Own account structure, bidding, audience strategy, and budget allocation; run experiments.
