Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 4 years in performance marketing or media buying with a strong track record.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with performance marketing tools and advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid performance marketing strategies across PPC, display, social, and affiliate networks.
• Own the full lifecycle of campaign execution from audience targeting to reporting.
• Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to refine ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and conversion-optimized.
