Qualifications

• Proven ROI-focused budgeting and performance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid search.
• Manage campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with potential exposure to Meta.
• Oversee lead generation partners and marketplaces performance.
• Forecast budgets and targets tied to product unit economics.
• Monitor campaign and product performance; identify scaling opportunities.
• Design experiments across funnels, landing pages, ads, and bidding.
• Collaborate with content/SEO to align with product strategy.
• Work with developers on acquisition features like forms, landing pages, tracking.
