Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. seeks a performance marketing specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. You will drive day-to-day execution and measurement.

You will develop comprehensive performance reports and coordinate across paid media, SEO, and landing pages, while leading A/B testing to improve conversions and ROI.

The role requires a marketing/analytics background with 2+ years of experience and strong data interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day implementation, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting across paid media, website, organic search, and other digital channels.
• Implement and analyze approved A/B tests across advertising, landing pages, website experiences, and customer touchpoints.
