Job summary

Soda Data Inc. is hiring for a hands-on Growth/Paid Acquisition lead who writes the ads, builds the assets, creates the landing pages, and owns the budget from day one.

You will operate on a fully remote basis, collaborating with the founders and global customers to drive enterprise B2B demand generation. You will craft creative, run testing cadences, and iterate rapidly using frontier models to scale volume and impact.

Qualifications

• You've run enterprise B2B paid at a startup or growth-stage technical company.
• Experiment obsessed: explain last quarter's tests, learnings, and outcomes.
• You make the creative: show ads you personally created with costs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, ChatGPT, X, and any proven channels.
• Create the creative: copy, visuals, landing pages; you are the studio, and AI helps you scale to twenty variants.
• Run a real testing cadence: hypothesis, ship, read, kill; volume of tests, most will lose.
• Own the budget and the numbers: pipeline and qualified meetings, not impressions.
• Collaborate with founders, customer engineers, and customers on Soda's market messaging.
