Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Performance Advisory Services Manager to lead a high-impact team in delivering advisory services within the Health Information Systems area. You will own the P&L, drive revenue recognition and client deliverables, and support growth initiatives across sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing.

The role demands 10+ years in healthcare consulting (RCM/CDI/denials), 7+ years of people leadership, and advanced credentials in HIM or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare with 10+ years in healthcare consulting focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management.
• High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years in healthcare consulting focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management.
• Seven years of people leadership experience managing distributed teams.
• Five years of direct P&L responsibility in healthcare consulting services.
• Master's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics.
• Five+ years of experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, or payer organizations in revenue cycle management, clinical documentation integrity, coding, reimbursement, denials management, or healthcare analytics.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives on large-scale transformations over $1M.
• Experience with data analytics and addressing client questions on ROI, benchmarking, and projections.
• RN, RHIA, RHIT credential or equivalent healthcare HIM experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Advisory team and own the P&L including revenue recognition and all client deliverables.
• Support sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing initiatives to drive growth in Performance Advisory Services.
• Drive innovation for new and existing consulting services to expand and differentiate Performance Advisory Services in the market to enable growth of 5%+ annually.
• Identify, collaborate, and determine roadmaps for technology to support delivery of Performance Advisory Services.
• Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement that develops Performance Advisor capabilities, strengthens coaching excellence, and increases organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in corporate programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with professional, quality, and security standards, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
