Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. seeks a Manager-level advisory professional to lead and manage large healthcare performance improvement workstreams. You will drive billable client engagements, oversee data analyses, and craft final recommendations and deliverables for leadership audiences.

You'll mentor staff, ensure quality across project work, and manage budgets and risk. Expect significant US travel (61-80%) and collaboration with senior consultants to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience in healthcare advisory/consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• RN, PMP or Lean Certification are a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring staff.
• Ability to develop client deliverables, presentations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a significant workstream or project within Advisory Services.
• Perform data analyses, interpret findings, and draft recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables and presentations for various audiences.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality assurance across deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and risk with project leadership.
• Support business development and opportunity identification.
• Travel within the US 61-80% as required.
