Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Performance Advisory Services Manager to lead a growing advisory team focused on revenue cycle optimization and clinical documentation improvements. You will own the Performance Advisory P&L and drive revenue through strategic initiatives, pricing, and client delivery.

The role requires extensive healthcare consulting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in healthcare consulting focusing on revenue cycle, clinical document improvement or denials management
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing distributed teams
• 5+ years of direct P&L responsibility in healthcare consulting
• Master's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics
• 5+ years working with providers, health systems, payers in revenue cycle, denials, or analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Advisory team and own the P&L including revenue recognition and deliverables
• Support sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing initiatives to drive growth
• Drive innovation for new/existing services to grow Performance Advisory by 5%+ annually
• Identify priorities for technology to support service delivery
• Develop a culture of continuous learning and coaching excellence for advisory teams
• Ensure compliance with professional, quality, and security standards and company policies
