AutoFi is seeking a Performance Advisor to drive client success and revenue optimization across a portfolio of accounts. You will leverage AutoFi’s product suite and maturity model to maximize client utilization and ROI, while navigating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In this role you will build senior-level relationships with dealers and decision makers, conduct needs assessments, craft strategic action plans, and resolve bottlenecks to deliver measurable outcomes and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• Remote work setup and reliable internet required.
• Experience in Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS vendor account management or consulting.
• Automotive Dealership experience in Sales or Finance preferred.
• Strong persuasive communication and influence.
• Disciplined, methodical, detail-oriented and analytical.
• High work ethic with proactive problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Familiarity with automotive CRM, DMS and F&I tools.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Relationship building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic client retention: oversee progress and results for each assigned account.
• Relationship building with Dealers/Owners/Decision Makers.
• Needs assessment and strategic planning to address opportunities.
• Identify barriers and resolve bottlenecks to achieve client goals.
• Client engagement through regular virtual screen share sessions.
• Risk mitigation and revenue generation via account expansions.
