AutoFi is expanding its Performance Advisors team to drive client success and revenue optimization across a portfolio of accounts.

You will leverage AutoFi’s product suite, build relationships with dealers and decision makers, and design strategic action plans to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Remote work setup with a solid home office and reliable internet connection.
• Experience in Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS vendor account management or consulting.
• Automotive dealership sales/finance experience preferred.
• Strong persuasive, influence-driven communication style with results orientation.
• Disciplined, systematic approach to work with attention to detail and analytics.
• Relentless work ethic and proactive problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with technology and quick adoption of new tools (G Suite, MS Office).
• Familiarity with automotive CRM, DMS, F&I systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts to drive client retention and utilization of AutoFi software.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, owners, and decision makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and craft strategic action plans to address opportunities.
• Identify barriers and apply problem-solving to achieve client goals and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain client engagement through regular virtual sessions and data-driven insights.
• Address at-risk accounts with turnaround plans to protect relationships.
• Drive upsell opportunities and revenue growth within existing accounts.
