The Performance Advisor role supports client success, ROI, and revenue optimization across a portfolio of accounts with sophisticated tools and dealer segmentation. As a PA, you will influence outcomes, resolve bottlenecks, and drive retention through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Remote work setup and solid home office connectivity.
• Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS vendor account management or consulting experience.
• Experience with automotive dealerships in sales/finance is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, influence, and communication skills.
• Disciplined, systematic, detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• High work ethic; comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking role.
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and drive progress and results for each account using AutoFi’s product suite.
• Build robust relationships with dealers, owners, and decision-makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and craft strategic action plans.
• Identify barriers and resolve bottlenecks to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain client engagement through regular virtual engagements and insights.
• Develop action plans to turnaround at‑risk accounts and retain relationships.
• Drive additional business through account growth and upsells.
