AutoFi seeks a Performance Advisor to drive client success and revenue optimization for a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts. You will leverage AutoFi’s dealer segmentation framework and a suite of software tools to maximize ROI across our partner networks.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, decision-making, and rapid bottleneck resolution in a high-stakes environment, with remote work and strong growth potential within a dynamic, fast-paced company.

Qualifikationen

• Remote work setup with reliable internet
• Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS Vendor Account Management or Consultant experience
• Automotive dealership experience in Sales or Finance preferred
• Master of Persuasion; influential communication and negotiation
• Disciplined, systematic approach with attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Suite and MS Office; familiar with automotive CRM
• Familiarity with DMS and F&I tools in automotive CRM environments

Aufgaben

• Strategic Client Retention: oversee and drive progress of each account; ensure client utilization with our software
• Relationship Building: develop strong relationships with Dealers/Owners/Decision Makers
• Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning: conduct reviews and craft plans to address opportunities
• Problem-Solving Mastery: identify barriers and resolve bottlenecks to meet objectives
• Client Engagement: maintain relationships via regular virtual screen shares and insights
• Risk Mitigation: address at-risk clients and formulate retention plans
• Revenue Generation: drive additional business through upsells and expansions
