Eliassen Group seeks a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, build, and support enterprise financial systems and integrations. The role focuses on PeopleSoft components, REST services via Integration Broker, and high quality SQL solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This is a contract-to-hire remote role with W2 employment. Candidates should be ready to own unit testing, documentation, deployment plans, and production support, including on-call rotation, and to mentor

Qualifications

• Five or more years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, and Purchasing.
• Strong SQL development skills including stored procedures, SSIS, SQL Server Agent jobs, and complex T-SQL queries.
• Experience with Integration Broker and REST API web services.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Perform implementation activities.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
