Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, build, and support enterprise financial systems and integrations. The role will own REST services via Integration Broker and deliver high-quality SQL solutions for reconciliation and reporting.

The candidate will mentor peers, collaborate across teams, and support production as part of on-call rotations. This is a contract-to-hire role with W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, and Purchasing.
• Strong experience with Application Designer, App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, PeopleCode, and Page/Component.
• Expert SQL development including stored procedures, SSIS packages, and complex T‑SQL queries.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll for North America and Benefits is a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML/XSLT.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
