Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials & SQL Developer for a 6-month contract-to-hire, remotely located in the United States. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise financial applications with hands-on PeopleSoft and advanced SQL expertise.

Responsibilities include reviewing existing programs, analyzing requirements, providing production support, testing, and coordinating technical implementations for releases and system changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with PeopleSoft Financial modules, including AP, GL, AR, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance application code, including reviewing and modifying existing programs as needed.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, and review programming specifications.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and assist end users and IT personnel with technical questions.
• Perform unit testing and assist with integration, system and other application testing activities.
• Plan and coordinate technical implementations to support successful application releases and system changes.
