Job summary

iForce Connect is seeking a People Transformation & Process Lead to architect a scalable HR framework for a rapidly growing tech organization. You will map the end-to-end employee lifecycle, redesign processes, and implement SOPs across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

In this project-based, remote role, you will evaluate HRIS options (HiBob, Workday, BambooHR), drive automation, and ensure controls by design for ISO/SOC compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR/People Operations transformation within rapidly scaling tech, infra, or engineering companies.
• Experience assessing and configuring modern HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, BambooHR).
• Strong ability to map processes, design automation, and streamline workflows.
• Experience incorporating data security and compliance frameworks into HR practices.
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to deliver improvements on tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Process Audit & Redesign: map current HR workflows from recruitment to offboarding and roll out SOPs.
• Systems Evaluation: deeply assess current HRIS setup and build a business case for migration or optimization.
• Security & Compliance Alignment: ensure controls-by-design meet ISO/SOC standards.
• Change Management: lay groundwork for long-term HR team to own and sustain changes.
