GitLab is seeking an experienced People Technology Specialist to maintain and optimize our HR systems in an all-remote, async-first environment. You’ll work with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and the Senior Director of People Technology to run recurring processes, ensure security, and deliver reliable SOX ITGC controls.

You’ll design and test changes, build reports and dashboards, train teammates, and apply AI-driven automation to speed up analysis.

Competenze

• Hands-on HR technology experience with systems like Workday.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls and audit evidence.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• AI-enabled approach to automating tasks and speeding analysis.
• Ability to document findings clearly with attention to confidentiality.
• Independent with ownership mindset and accountable.
• Customer-focused collaboration and end-user oriented design.
• Experience building reports/dashboards and enabling teams.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack or Google Workspace.
