GitLab is seeking a senior leader to head global People Operations and Compliance, driving scalable, tech-enabled experiences across the employee lifecycle. You will set a multi-year vision for innovation and AI, translating it into measurable results and scalable processes.

You will deliver an AI-powered roadmap to elevate the employee experience, standardize onboarding to offboarding, and manage global compliance and PEO partnerships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years HR/People Operations experience, including 5+ years leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of global compliance, Workday, Greenhouse, and case management.
