Job summary

ConcertAI's HR Operations role supports a mostly remote U.S. team, focusing on full life-cycle HR, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations. You will partner with senior HR leadership to manage recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and ensure accurate HRIS data across U.S., Japan, and Europe.

Occasional travel for in-person training may occur. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR operations; experience with ADP Workforce Now and open enrollment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability as a People Success Partner, HR generalist, or HRBP supporting a distributed U.S. workforce in tech/healthcare software.
• Experience with companies of roughly 100–500 employees.
• Hands-on U.S. benefits operations: open enrollment, qualifying events, vendor management, education.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. recruiting operations — intake, interview process health, offers, and close with hiring managers.
• Run remote-first onboarding from accepted offer through day 90: orientation, benefits explanation, I-9/E-Verify, access, buddy setup.
• Process job changes, promotions, leaves in ADP and keep digital personnel files current.
• Own offboarding: exit docs, conversations, access/asset close-out, benefits end dates.
• Manage U.S., Japan, and Europe contractors as primary owner.
• Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries with sound judgment.
• Run day-to-day U.S. benefits administration and educate employees on plans.
• Coordinate brokers, payroll, or insurance partners in Japan/Europe for local enrollment.
• Partner with India People Success Partner to align ADP deductions and headcount data.
• Maintain a benefits calendar with owners and dates.
