Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a hands-on HR operator to support the full employee lifecycle across the U.S., Japan, and EMEA in a remote-first environment. You will combine HR judgement with hands-on execution to drive smooth onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.

You will own recruiting operations, manage global contractors, drive performance processes and culture programs, and deliver manager training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR operator with full lifecycle experience across US, Japan, and EMEA.
• Experience supporting a remote-first environment and global HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
