Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment by posting jobs and coordinating screenings.
• Manage onboarding processes in assigned markets and HRIS.
• Support training in new hire and system trainings.
• Handle leaves of absence and benefits information.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Produce department reports and assist in employee relations.
