7Seventy is seeking a People Operations Lead to oversee and strengthen people operations, recruiting, and the employee experience for a growing nonprofit. This senior individual contributor role focuses on scalable HR policies, performance processes, compensation practices, and the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will partner with senior leadership, HR partners, and hiring managers, with the flexibility of a remote US-based role and core collaboration hours in ET.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on US People Operations experience, including benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Experience building scalable HR policies, performance management, compensation practices, and lifecycle operations.
• End-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and external partners.

• Develop scalable HR policies, workflows, and employee management processes.
• Design and administer performance review cycles.
• Establish career development and progression frameworks.
• Develop and maintain compensation policies.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of US employment practices and health insurance.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll with external providers.
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with PEO/EOR providers.
• Introduce practical HR infrastructure to support growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Source qualified candidates and manage pipelines.
• Design structured candidate assessments.
• Manage communications and interview coordination.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience.
• Develop repeatable recruiting workflows.
• Lead planning of quarterly team retreats.
• Oversee external events and workshops.
• Coordinate with vendors for events.
• Own cross-functional operational projects.
