Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR Generalist/People Partner roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company is preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing HR systems and automation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve HR efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Develop scalable HR processes to support growth and nationwide operations.
• Coordinate offsites and company events with Finance and leadership.
• Partner with Finance on compensation programs, equity, and payroll administration.
