WellTheory is a digital health company helping people with autoimmune conditions improve their health through personalized care and coaching. The team of 60+ works fully remote and values care, scalability, and building systems.

We are seeking a payroll/HR generalist to own payroll, benefits, and HR policy execution in a fully remote US environment. You’ll report to the Head of People and collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, IT, Ops.

Qualifications

• Own payroll, multi-state compliance, benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
• Run bi-weekly payroll in Gusto and Deel.
• Own tax setup, workers' comp, unemployment, and government notices.
• Support employees with benefits, leaves, accommodations, onboarding, and offboarding.
