Ashby is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to ensure employees have an excellent experience. You will handle onboarding, data entry, and updates across systems while supporting international entities. The role emphasizes confidentiality and compliance as you improve HR workflows.

You will collaborate with a growing team, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to our culture events. A strong communicator with HRIS experience fits well, and remote work is supported for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provide administrative support to Ashby's people processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and support for international entities.
• Document people process changes as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Build out people process workflows to improve business effectiveness.
• Support planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person.
