Job summary

Ashby is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to ensure every employee has the best possible experience working here. You will work with the People Operations team on day-to-day operations, from data entry to process creation, with involvement in onboarding and supporting our international entities.

You will maintain employee data across systems, provide onboarding and benefits support, and document changes with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or HR support preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS and data privacy.
• Experience collaborating across international entities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data across all systems.
• Support onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and international entities.
• Document people process changes and maintain confidentiality.
• Build out workflows to continuously improve our people processes.
• Assist in planning and coordinating culture events, virtual and in-person.
