Job summary

Intron Health is seeking a People Operations professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives for a fully remote, globally distributed team. The role supports organizational health, oversees events, and drives employee engagement while maintaining policy compliance across the workforce.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in People Operations, strong communication, and a proven ability to coordinate learning programs and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in organizing team events and learning programs
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment best practices, and employee engagement
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience supporting a remote or distributed workforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee learning and development programs
• Organize and oversee team events to promote collaboration and engagement
• Monitor employee satisfaction and productivity and address concerns
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain and refresh employee handbooks for policy compliance
• Conduct annual training refreshers aligned with organizational goals
