Blackthorn is seeking a People Operations Specialist to lead recruiting across the company while supporting core people ops work. You’ll own the full-cycle hiring process from intake through offer and collaborate with the VP of People Operations on onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operations.

This role balances relationship-driven recruiting with precise operational execution. You’ll manage end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers on requirements, and maintain candidate

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in recruiting with HR or people operations exposure.
• Able to manage full-cycle recruiting independently (sourcing, screening, closing).
• Comfortable with HRIS and ATS tools; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across the company from intake to offer.
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines; partner with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR workflows.
