Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage assigned territory/market.
• Achieve or exceed targets for performance and growth.
• Manage market locations to be in the top 10% of the industry (KPIs, CSR, quality, profitability).
• Model and uphold the Total Sales Attitude (TSA) daily.
• Recruit, manage and develop employees for future growth.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to measure standards.
• Maintain shop organization and relationships with insurance accounts, agents, customers.
• Develop future leaders within the organization.
