Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive the HR strategy across multi-site operations in the United States. The role partners with executives to align organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership development with business goals and labor productivity.

You will oversee compensation, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits programs, while coaching field leaders and managing HR systems transitions. Strong governance, analytics, and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state operations with hourly workforce.
• Broad HR functions experience: employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HR systems, recruiting, performance management, leadership development.
• Proven track record implementing HR systems and major process changes; strong vendor management skills.
• Strong financial/analytical skills linking people decisions to costs and productivity.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with company growth and priorities.
• Advise executives on organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Provide executive reporting on staffing, turnover, and people risks; propose actions.
• Lead and develop the HR team with clear ownership and processes.
• Partner with field leaders through regular engagement and coaching.
• Oversee investigations, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions with fairness.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on complex employee matters as needed.
• Strengthen engagement, recognition, and retention programs across sites.
• Oversee compensation planning, payroll accuracy, and timekeeping with controls.
• Design and administer incentive/bonus programs with Finance.
• Manage annual performance reviews and development planning.
