SlashData is seeking an HR Generalist to lead day-to-day People Operations in a remote, Europe-based setting. You will work with a small team to hire, onboard, develop, and engage staff while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

You will report to the Finance and Administration Lead with a dotted line to the CEO on culture systems. The role emphasizes cross-border compliance and collaborative, data-driven HR practices.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in medium-sized companies (20-100 people).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of HR policies and labour laws in Greece and/or the UK.
• Experience with HR software (HRIS) and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working as part of a distributed team with flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Culture Systems: Improve hiring/unhiring processes, recognition systems, goal-setting, and engagement for a remote team.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee JD creation, ATS management, candidate screening, and careers page updates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Enhance digital onboarding experiences and orientation to tools and culture.
• People Operations & Admin: Maintain digital files, track time off, manage benefits and online tools; EoR relationships.
• Policy & Compliance: Keep employee files safe and update policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Performance Support: Facilitate remote performance check-ins and feedback loops.
• Learning & Development: Define curriculum, source training, track completion, and run a company-wide program.
• Trip & Event Organisation: Plan and run occasional in-person team events.
• HR Analytics: Provide headcount reporting, attrition tracking, and benchmarking.
• Internal Comms: Share People Operations updates and team news.
• Measure culture every 6 months to inform strategy.
