Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a People Operations Generalist in the United States who will own onboarding through offboarding processes and drive scalable HR infrastructure in an AI-native environment.

You will manage HRIS configurations and data integrity, automate recurring tasks, and partner with managers to evolve the People function across multiple countries, including US PEO/EOR arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations, scaling system processes.
• Experience owning/optimizing Rippling or comparable modern HRIS with automation.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer circulation, background checks, provisioning, and the first weeks experience.
• Optimize HRIS workflows, configurations, and data integrity across multiple countries.
• Build AI-enabled systems to automate recurring People Operations tasks.
• Support development of people programs, performance reviews, and career leveling.
• Administer benefits and employment changes across US PEO/EOR arrangements.
