GoGuardian seeks a People Operations Generalist to support our most valuable asset—our people. You’ll be the primary contact, drive process improvements, and safeguard data integrity across HRIS systems while collaborating with employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, proficiency with ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse, and a data-driven approach to improve the employee experience. A growth mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a People/HR Generalist.
• Proficient with ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse; able to craft analytical reports using Google Workspace.
• Experience applying federal/state employment laws and maintaining handbook policies.
• Growth mindset with strong communication and collaboration.
• Proactive AI adoption to streamline administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees across levels.
• Lead process improvements and ensure data integrity across HRIS systems.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and tell stories that improve employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with employees and management to balance advocacy with business needs.
