• Lifecycle Administration: Manage employee lifecycle from offer through exit, prepare offers, coordinate background checks and I-9 verification, onboarding and offboarding.
• Employee Data & Records: Maintain accurate HiBob and ADP data, process hires and changes, audit records for compliance.
• HR Case Management: Serve as first contact for questions via email and internal tools, resolve routine requests and escalate complex issues.
