Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a People Operations Coordinator for a fully remote US-based role, initial 3-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. You will support employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, and employee questions while partnering with PBPs and specialists across Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will manage lifecycle transactions, maintain records in HiBob and ADP, and help with payroll and benefits cycles, ensuring a positive employee

Qualifications

• Experience handling the employee lifecycle from offer through exit.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfort working in a high-volume transactional environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle administration from offer through exit, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob and ADP; process hires, changes, and terminations.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions via email and helpdesk tools; escalate when needed.
• Support mobility and benefits programs; liaise with Benefits and Mobility Specialist.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and specialists to drive ER cases and PBP alignment.
• Assist with compensation cycles, role postings for compensation analysis, and audit readiness.
• Support engagement surveys, QBR processes, and talent calibration data.
