Job summary

Hallow is seeking a People Operations Specialist to run the systems and daily operations behind our People function for a fast-growing global team. You’ll automate repetitive work, manage terminations, offers, verifications, and compliance, and maintain data integrity across Rippling, Lattice, and Tilt.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a People/HR or executive support role.

Responsibilities

• People systems administration: Rippling, Lattice, Tilt; manage records, offers, I-9s, verifications, background checks, leave, performance management.
• Data integrity and reporting: ensure data consistency, build and maintain reporting for managers, People team, leadership.
• Access and devices: manage provisioning and deprovisioning for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; device procurement and asset lifecycle.
• Automation and integrations: automate workflows using Rippling integrations and tools like Claude Code and Windmill.
• Team support: handle internal People/Ops requests on benefits, systems, devices, policies; escalate where needed.
• Compliance cycles: manage annual training, benefits reporting, census audits, access reviews, SOC 2 support.
• Possible flex into admin support: potential to support CEO and leadership.
