Job summary

Hallow is seeking a People Operations Specialist to run the systems and daily operations behind our People function for a fast-growing global team. You care about people just as much as you enjoy working with processes, software, and data, and you'd rather automate repetitive work than keep doing it by hand.

You will own day-to-day administration of our people processes and systems, ensure data integrity, manage access and devices, build automations, support benefits and policies, and contribute

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a People/HR or executive support role.
• Experience with HRIS or SOC 2/GRC familiarity is a plus.
• Strong orientation toward processes, systems, and tooling.
• Ability to read contracts and policies and understand how they drive operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of people processes and systems.
• Ensure data integrity and build/maintain reporting for decision-making.
• Manage access and devices across company tools and coordinate provisioning/removal.
• Develop automation and integrations to reduce repetitive work.
• Support benefits, policies, and inquiries across the team.
• Assist with SOC 2 information security program and compliance cycles.
