Hands-on Rippling experience required: workflows, permissions, reporting, integrations.
5+ years in People Operations supporting hourly or shift-based workforce.
Extremely organized; nothing falls through.
Data-driven by instinct; build dashboards and analyze attrition.
AI-efficient; show what you automated and saved.
High discretion; handle comp data and investigations.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave, immigration, and multi-state compliance for salaried staff and hourly shop floor.
Run Rippling as system of record with workflows, approvals, onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and reporting.
Automate recurring processes; use AI tooling for drafting, analysis, policy summarization, and triage.
Own people data end to end: headcount, attrition, span of control, flight risk.
Quantify the cost of a bad hire: salary, ramp, manager hours, churn, opportunity cost.
