Responsibilities

• Uses case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms to respond to People Practices inquiries and complete basic transactions.
• Initiates and documents transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards.
• Provides professional and inclusive customer service and escalates complex issues according to established protocols.
• Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
• Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
